But, I will give you a hint:
I could not have made this without them. And this chicken will be our new way of eating a roast chicken from now on. Truly, I have never had such moist white meat before! It was grand.
And because I made two chickens, I will be making Chicken Spaghetti for my freezer tomorrow. And maybe, just maybe I will even have enough left over for Chicken Salad Sandwiches.

Hey Steph!! I have missed reading your blog(been down from surgery), and it was great to catch up today :)
So, I have an embarressing question...Do you grow your own herbs? I want to start an herb garden but I don't have the first clue on what to do?!?! Can you do it inside or only outside??
Loved catching up on your blog :) Have a great day!
Oh Dawn--I hope everything is ok with your surgery! That can not be easy with three little boys to take care of at home. Hope your recovery is going well!
I just posted about the herbs. I know you can do herbs inside too, but I am waiting so I can read up on that and do it right. I'm trying the whole outside thing first. I'll let you know how it all goes...
