The Top Ten Reasons I Made These Cupcakes Today

I must admit that I DID NOT make the homemade yellow cake in Yellow Cupcakes with Sticky Chocolate Icing. I did, however, make the Sticky Chocolate Icing and plopped it on top of my cupcakes made out of a German Chocolate Cake Mix. As I said before, I have many cake mixes I need to use up (none of which were yellow darnit), and I did not have any cake flour on hand which Yellow Cupcakes with Sticky Chocolate Icing calls for. I have made this icing before and topped a yellow cake. So, a very chocolately cupcake is what Landon and I came up with for today. And frankly, I'll take all the chocolate I can get today.
