Delicious. That's all I can say. All Landon could say tonight was "please give me mo potatoes!"--over and over again. He had four servings of Perfect Potatoes au Gratin and said "my star is this happy, Mommy!". Oh no, the critics have caught on to what I am doing...It amazes me that something this simple can be so good. But then again, you take a look at the ingredients and you are not going to go wrong. I am wavering on this being even better than our "Wedding Potatoes" that I always make. It is SO close, I can not even rank them. I think I will have to put both recipes in a hat and draw to see which I make the next time I make a potato dish!
I made these tonight with german sausage and a fresh salad. Perfect Potatoes au Gratin were the very center of attention tonight, and they earned every right to be.
This one's a keeper.

WOW!!! These are delicious. I made them today for lunch and we all loved them. They could replace wedding potatoes for me. Definitely a keeper!!
