I am excited to write about all things I am passionate about...and some, well, that I may not be passionate about. But all things are happening in this LIFE. And, I want to document and have accountablity to living life with intention. And so it goes...

Cinnamon Rolls

Do you freak out at the thought of using yeast????

Do you freak out at the thought of getting out your mixer? Do you HAVE a mixer???

Do you LOVE cinnamon rolls as much as I do????

If you answered YES to any of these, I have got the perfect PIONEER WOMAN recipe for you! I will tell you I love this recipe and have made it over and over and over again since this last summer when I first tried them. If you haven't figured out the awesome website from The Pioneer Woman yet, you must stop right now and go visit there. And then you MUST search for the Cinnamon Rolls 101 recipe and print it immediately. You will not be sorry.

You will still use yeast, but no mixer is needed!! Did you read that??? You will be making rolls without a mixer and you will not even have to knead the dough!

Personally, the best thing about this recipe is that you can store the dough in the fridge for up to 3 days or so. So you can have fresh cinnamon rolls any morning of the week and you don't have to get up at 3 am to start them. Yes, I am in love with this recipe. And so is my family. So check it out. They go really well with all the soup we'll be eating this week.

Enjoy!

Steph brought loads of these cinnamon rolls to the teachers lounge right before Christmas and let me tell you...we went nuts!! They were absolutely delicious. Getting to eat something yummy and feel appreciated at the same time makes for a GREAT morning break!

These were not a hit at our home. I don't know why!? They all said to make the ones I usually make next time.

Shannon, your rolls are so good. I don't blame them for wanting yours at all. One thing I DO know is that you have the best frosting for cinnamon rolls ever!!! We should post it! ;)

Steph, that would be great! I did love her frosting though.. I think it was the maple and the coffee that made it so good to me. I might have to try adding a little to that frosting recipe...
